Home or Pro — which should I choose?
For home use Windows 11 Home is more than sufficient. Pro is worth it if you need Remote Desktop, BitLocker encryption, Hyper-V or domain join — i.e. for business use or IT professionals.
Is Windows 10 still worth it?
Windows 10 support ends in October 2025 — after that there will be no more security updates. For new installations we recommend Windows 11. Windows 10 only makes sense for older hardware that does not meet the Windows 11 minimum requirements.
Can I upgrade from Windows 10 to 11?
Yes — if your hardware meets the requirements (TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, 64-bit CPU). With a Windows 11 license from us you activate Windows 11 directly, no detour via Windows 10 needed.
Is the license tied to one PC?
