1. Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You can cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason, as long as the license key has not been activated. Once a key is activated, the product is considered used and can no longer be refunded.

2. When a Refund Is Approved

A refund is possible if:

  • The product key has not been activated.
  • You accidentally received the wrong product.
  • The key is defective and our support team cannot fix the issue.
  • You were charged twice for the same order.

3. When a Refund Is Not Possible

We cannot issue a refund if:

  • The product key was already activated.
  • The software is working and you simply changed your mind.
  • Your system does not meet the technical requirements.
  • The installation failed because the instructions were not followed.

Digital licenses are unique and permanently linked to a single device or Microsoft account once activated. Because activation cannot be reversed, the product becomes non-returnable after use. This policy follows EU Directive 2011/83/EU on digital content.
