These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Digital License Store website and the purchase of products from Estudio Comercial Softwaresolucion SL, located at Calle Trevina 1, 38400 Puerto de la Cruz, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • Customer: Any individual or business entity purchasing products from the Company.
  • Product: Any software license key sold by the Company. Complimentary services such as free technical support or download links are not considered products under these terms.
  • Agreement: Any transaction between the Company and the Customer regarding the sale or purchase of a product.
  1. Eligibility

To make a purchase, customers must be at least 18 years old.

  1. Contract Formation

The presentation of products on our website constitutes an invitation to treat. By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the product. The contract is concluded when the Company accepts your offer by sending an order confirmation via email.

  1. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through the available online payment methods. Products will be delivered only after successful payment validation.

  1. Delivery
  • Method: Licenses are delivered electronically via email at no additional cost.
  • Timeframe: Delivery occurs within 24 hours, typically within 10 minutes. During holidays and weekends, delivery may take up to 2 hours.
  • Contents: You will receive an email with the license key and a separate email with the purchase invoice.
  1. Use of Products

Customers are responsible for installing the software according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. The Company is not liable for issues arising from improper installation or misuse.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, this right expires once the license key has been delivered, provided that:

  • The customer has expressly agreed to the commencement of the contract before the withdrawal period ends.
  • The customer acknowledges that they lose the right of withdrawal upon delivery of the license key.
  1. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Once a license key has been delivered and activated, cancellations or refunds are generally not accepted. However, exceptions apply in the following cases:

  • Unactivated or faulty license: If a license key has not been activated or is proven to be defective, the customer is eligible for a replacement or refund.
  • Technical failure: If a technical issue cannot be resolved with the assistance of our support team within 24 hours, a full refund or replacement will be offered.

To request a refund, please contact us via email at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. Include your full name, order number, and license key for verification.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Please ensure product compatibility before purchasing. Refunds cannot be granted for incompatibility with operating systems, hardware, or pre-installed software.

Since we only sell digital license keys, traditional returns are not applicable. Once a key is delivered and used, it is permanently bound to the original device and cannot be returned or reused.

All products come with a 1-year warranty for license reactivation in cases of system reset or hardware failure. Free support via live chat and email is included.

By finalizing your order and providing express consent, you acknowledge the loss of your 14-day withdrawal right under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Digital License Store website, including logos, text, and graphics, is protected by copyright owned by Estudio Comercial Softwaresolucion SL.

The Company is liable only for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
