To make a purchase on Digital License Store, customers must be at least 18 years old. Estudio Comercial Softwaresolucion SL is responsible for the operation of the website Digital License Store.
Each order placed constitutes an offer to purchase products from Estudio Comercial Softwaresolucion SL and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
All content on the Digital License Store website, including logos, text, and graphics, is protected by copyright, which is owned by Estudio Comercial Softwaresolucion SL.
Definitions:
Company:
Refers to Estudio Comercial Softwaresolucion SL, located at Calle Trevina 1, 38400 Puerto de la Cruz, Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Customer:
Refers to any individual or business entity intending to purchase products from the Company.
Product:
Refers to any computer hardware or software license key sold or intended to be sold by the Company to the Customer. Free technical support, download links, and other complimentary services provided to the Customer at no charge are not considered products under these terms.
Agreement:
Refers to any transaction or intended transaction regarding the sale or purchase of a product between the Company and the Customer.
These terms are binding and form an integral part of any agreement between the Company and the Customer. They supersede any previous terms and conditions issued by the Company and take precedence over any terms provided by the Customer, unless a written agreement to the contrary has been made by the Company.
Pricing
The Company reserves the right to adjust prices to correct any errors or omissions.
Payment
All purchases must be paid in full at the time of ordering via the available online payment methods on our website. No products will be delivered until payment has been successfully validated.
If there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity involving the use of credit/debit cards, the Company reserves the right to withhold delivery of the product. The Company may share customer information with law enforcement authorities if fraud or any other illegal activity is suspected.
Products
Our digital products are subject to the 2012 CJEU ruling (ref. C-128/11), which allows for the resale of used software. According to this ruling, used software can be resold, and the first sale doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 109) gives individuals the right to resell, display, or transfer ownership of a copyrighted work they have legally purchased.
Please note that the Company does not sell download links or provide paid support services.
Delivery
- Shipping, Deadlines, and Delivery Charges
The license will be delivered electronically via email at no cost, and you can expect to receive it within a maximum of 24 hours. - What do I receive when I buy a license?
An email containing the license number will be sent to you shortly, followed by another email containing the purchase invoice a few minutes later. - How long will it take to receive the license?
The licenses will be delivered via email in an electronic format, allowing receipt within 24 hours (typically within 10 minutes). During holidays and weekends, the process may take around 2 hours.
Use of Products
The responsibility for installing any software rests solely with the Customer. Products must be used according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. The Company does not accept returns for products that have been misused or improperly installed.
Cancellations and Refunds
Once a product key has been delivered via email, telephone, or any other digital means, the Company will not accept return requests. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct installation of software and proper use of the product key.
